30 min & 45 min sessions:
In these sessions I am
- opening and activating energy points throughout the body
- moving out stagnant / stuck energy
- raising your overall frequency
- attachment and cord clearing if needed
This is not a traditional Reiki Session. While Melissa is attuned through master, her energy channeling / modalities are specific to her, her guides and what your higher self deems necessary.
You can expect to feel "lighter", clearer, with the possibilities of less anxiety, less stress, and temporary pain reduction. You can also expect some emotional processing time will be needed day of and possibly day after. These sessions can bring up wounding that is ready to be moved out of your energetic system.
THESE SESSIONS CAN PRODUCE DEEP HEALING and should be paired with seeking a mental health professional if you have one available to you. As energetic beings we have many layers and i recommend once a month or more if we are working on a specific issue.
This is NOT a substitute for seeing a medical professional and Melissa can no legally diagnose you.
